2. Nature of the service

GM Report is an information service that publishes public Eurojackpot and Viking Lotto results, archives and statistics derived from them. We do not run draws, sell entries or accept stakes.

3. Licence to use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated collection or commercial republishing of the content is prohibited without written permission.

4. Accuracy and limitation of liability

We aim for all information to be correct but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Official results are published by each draw's operator. We are not liable for damage caused by differences between the site and official information.

5. Age limit

The site is intended for people aged 18 and over.

6. Premium

Premium is a paid digital service that opens when user accounts launch. Prices include VAT: €3.90/month, €34/year or €99 one-off. Recurring plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer law. As Premium is digital content delivered immediately, we ask for your consent to start the service straight away, after which the right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, texts, graphics and the presentation of statistics belong to GM Report. Draw results themselves are public information.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days in advance.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or bring an action in the district court of their place of residence. Other disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court.
