What data we process

• Newsletter subscribers: email address and time of subscription.
• Enquiries: name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data: short-lived server logs to keep the service secure.
• Browser storage: your cookie choice, stored only in your own browser.

We do not collect location data, profile users or use advertising or analytics tracking.

Legal bases for processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – sending the newsletter.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) – answering enquiries and keeping the service secure.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) – any bookkeeping duties once Premium launches.

Retention periods

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are deleted 12 months after the matter is closed. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

• The right to access data about you.
• The right to have data corrected or erased.
• The right to restrict or object to processing.
• The right to withdraw your consent at any time.
• The right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
